Order Exchanges

To provide the best customer experience, we strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully—especially size, color, design, and quantity—before completing your purchase.

Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect selections. However, if you identify a mistake in your order, you may cancel it within 48 hours and place a new order with the correct details.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Within 48 hours of placing your order.

You may cancel your order for any reason within 48 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be in the production or shipping phase and cannot be canceled.

Orders canceled after the 48-hour window may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 180 days of delivery for select reasons. Refunds or returns will only be processed under the following circumstances:

Eligible Conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged due to shipping or manufacturing issues.
• Wrong Items Received: If you received the incorrect product (wrong size, color, or design).
• Product Significantly Different from Description: If your item doesn’t match what was shown or described on our site.

Ineligible Conditions:

• Used, washed, worn, or altered items.
• Damage caused by customer misuse or neglect.
• Missing original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
• Minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect function or wearability.
• Returns submitted after 180 days from the delivery date.

Required Information for Refund Claims

To begin a return or refund process, please prepare the following:

• Order confirmation or receipt
• Clear photographs showing the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item)
• Shipping label copy
• Any related email communications with our team (if applicable)

Return Instructions

1. Submit a Request – Email our team with your issue and all required documents.
2. Wait for Approval – If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the Product – Repackage the item carefully. Include your original order confirmation.
4. Send Tracking Info – Email us your tracking number so we can confirm delivery.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and include the original shipping fee (if applicable).

Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.

Additional Notes

• 180-Day Policy: Returns requested beyond 180 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
• Return Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
• Responsibility for Return Shipment: Rumlap is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages—use a trusted carrier with tracking.
• Ineligible Returns: If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, it may be returned to the sender or incur a restocking fee.
