To cancel or modify your order, please do so within 48 hours of purchase to ensure we can process your request in time. After this 48-hour window, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations as your order may already be in production or on its way.
Please note: In certain cases, if you request a cancellation after the 48-hour period, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. This is due to shipping costs already being incurred and non-refundable label processing by the carrier.
