All items are made to order. Please allow 1 business day for production before shipping.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

6. How much is shipping and how long does it take?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after processing.

7. Where do you ship to?

We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, international addresses, or APO/FPO addresses.

8. How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has started.

11. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

12. How do I start a return?

Send an email to support@rumlap.com with your full name, order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase. Attach photos or videos if the item is defective.

13. Do you offer exchanges?

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. You won’t be charged return shipping for these cases.

14. How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
