How do I find a product I like?
You can easily find products using the search bar at the top of our site. You can also browse by categories, collections, or explore new arrivals for inspiration.

Can I save items for later?
Yes! Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page. This feature allows you to save items and return to them whenever you’re ready to order.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is available, you’ll see an “Add to Cart” button on the product page. If it’s out of stock, you’ll be notified and may have the option to receive an alert when it’s restocked.

Can I shop without creating an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save addresses, and receive exclusive discounts and updates.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
No. Rumlap currently only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3 – 6 business days depending on your location.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders, regardless of size or destination within the U.S.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order within 48 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be modified. Visit our Cancel/Change Order page for full details.

How do I update my shipping address?
Please reach out within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your package has shipped, we cannot make changes to your address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 180-day return policy on eligible items. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. You can request a return within 180 days of receiving your order.

How do I return an item?
To start a return, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Can I exchange for another size or design?
Yes! If the item is in new condition, you can request an exchange for a different size or design. Reach out to our support team for help.
