Important Return Guidelines

Return Confirmation & Processing

After your return arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. We aim to process all approved returns within 5–7 business days.

Refunds
  • If your return is approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Replacements
  • If you requested a replacement and it is in stock, your new item will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
