Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 1 business day for your product to be produced before it is shipped. To ensure your order is processed on the same day, please place your order by 5:00 PM (noon) EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Fees

Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-4 business days for shipping. The estimated total time to receive your order from the time of purchase is 3-5 business days.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders.

Shipping Policy

We primarily ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless an alternative method is selected at checkout.

We do not ship to the following locations:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• International addresses
• APO/FPO addresses

Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.

• Unexpected delays

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
