We currently ship within the United States only. Our standard delivery service is reliable, affordable, and designed to get your order to you quickly and safely.

• Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Return Eligibility

Items purchased directly from rumlap.com are eligible for return within 180 days of the confirmed delivery date, as verified through our shipment tracking system.

The 180-day return window begins on the day your order is delivered. Returns submitted after this period will unfortunately not be accepted. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible to avoid delays or complications.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team through the “Contact Us” page or email us directly at support@rumlap.com. Include the following information in your initial message to ensure faster processing:

• Full Name: The name used when placing the order.
• Order Number: This can be found in your order confirmation email.
• Issue Description: A detailed explanation of the reason for return (e.g., item arrived damaged, incorrect design, wrong size).
• Photographs of the Product: Clear, close-up images highlighting the defect, damage, or error.
• Return Request Type: Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement. If your preferred option is unavailable due to stock limitations, a refund may be processed instead.

Important Return Guidelines

• We do not accept returns for products that are used, worn, washed, damaged due to customer handling, or missing original packaging and tags.
• Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
• Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for customer ordering mistakes, including incorrect size, design, or quantity. Please double-check your order before submitting.
